Well ... no excuses. The past couple of years have been rough - I lost my mother, both of my younger brothers, 'brother-in-law' (actually my wife's closest friend's husband - person I consider a sister.) and my two best friends in a short period. On top of all that, I have added psoritic arthritise and psoriasis to my list of diabetes, gastropariesis and heart disease. Somehow, I lost my desire to write or do much more than exist. I'm not saying other people do not deal with the same or similar issues in their lives. Everyone does at some point. This is just how it affected me.
Now a couple years after I released my last book, I am finally moving forward with novels which I had started before all this happened. I am actually enjoying writing again. I bet my high school literature teacher would be stunned by this news - I pretty much failed English Lit and American Lit and hated both (in many ways I still do).
I have completed a rough draft of 'Afterlife', a mature fantasy, and need to polish it and am 40,000 words into 'The Noctis' a paranormal romance I hope will extend into a series based on a possible Armageddon. I can see one being released by this fall on Amazon, the other will be going to my publisher, so I can't foresee the release date.
Hope you become interested!
